How to enjoy our Wild Steak

STEP 1

Order drink/side dishes.

STEP 2

Put on a bib and wait to be served.

STEP 3

Your steak will be cooked on an open fire.

STEP 4

The Plater will be heated to over 550F upon serving. DO NOT TOUCH! DO NOT POUR THE SAUCE! (yet)
The plater is designed for cooking and extremly hot. Be cautious.

STEP 5

Steak will be served BLUE RARE. LEAVE IT on the platter, use your fork and knife to rotate the steak accordingly. Allow it to cook to your desired temperature.
You can eat it blue rare if you'd like.

STEP 6

Carefully pour our house special soy based sauce. (It's HOT!) Shake well before use!

STEP 11

Help yourself with black pepper, grated garlic and more!
